Orders & Craftsmanship
Are all GuViVa pieces handmade?
Yes.
Every GuViVa creation is handcrafted using traditional macramé techniques and carefully selected premium materials.
Many of our designs are individually made to order, while selected collections are produced in limited quantities to preserve their exclusivity.
Is every piece unique?
Absolutely.
Because each creation is made by hand, slight variations in knot placement, texture, and finishing details are a natural part of the artisanal process.
These subtle differences make every GuViVa piece truly one of a kind.
How long does it take to create my order?
Each GuViVa creation is individually handcrafted.
Please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Some couture creations may require additional production time depending on their complexity. If so, we will personally notify you.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes.
We are pleased to offer custom colors, personalized sizing, and selected bespoke designs.
Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your request.
Can I make changes to my order?
If production has not yet begun, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once craftsmanship has started, cancellations are no longer possible, as each piece is created specifically for its owner.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes.
GuViVa proudly ships worldwide.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• United States — 3–7 business days
• Canada — 5–10 business days
• Europe — 5–12 business days
• International — 7–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing, destination, and the selected shipping carrier.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Complimentary U.S. shipping is available on orders over $200.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

How should I care for my GuViVa piece?
To preserve the beauty of your handcrafted creation, we recommend:

• Hand washing only when specifically recommended.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight.
• Store your piece flat or carefully hung in a cool, dry place.
• Handle delicate handcrafted details with care.

Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many GuViVa creations are handcrafted specifically for each client or produced in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Every GuViVa creation is carefully inspected before shipment.
If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and its packaging
Our Client Care team will review your request and arrange the most appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or store credit where applicable.
